debigrossman Thank you for purchasing the Adidas turf shoes from me. I went to pull the shoes from Storage to ship them this morning and when I looked inside I saw that the cushion inserts are missing from the shoes. My daughter wears Orthotics and she must have removed the cushion to place her orthotic inside. The shoes are still perfectly fine however you will need to put a store-bought insert into the shoe before your child wears it. If you no longer want the shoes, I'm happy to cancel the order.
