lmead0911 Hi there, that is OK. I wanted to email you before I purchased the bag to ask a few questions, but am new to this site and wasn't sure how to do so. Plus, basically, I'm computer illiterate :) It looks like the bag is in great shape, but wanted to double check that there were no major scratches or anything like that on the bag? Thank you!

lmead0911 Hello. I received the purse today and I did not receive the correct strap that goes with it. The color of the strap does not match the purse and the clips are not big enough to clip onto the purse. The clips are also not brass like the rings on the purse, they are silver. Please advise. Thank you.

lmead0911 It's ok, not your fault. Like I said, this was my first purchase so I wasn't sure how to go about things. Now, I know, lol. I appreciate you sending the strap as I realize some people might not even mess with it after the payment went through. You have been very nice to work with and I apologize for all my frustration. I really do love the purse, you took such great care of it! I feel like we are friends now, so I might even check out to see what else you have some day here soon :)
