Hello, you bought my Via Spiga shoes yesterday and I was getting them ready to ship when I noticed the bottom part of the heels is coming off. It does not affect the look of the shoe. They are otherwise in very good shape. This is a really easy fix ( at a shoe repair shop). If you don’t want them any more I understand and I can cancel the order. Otherwise I can ship them as soon as you decide. Thank you!!! Norma Alcantara
