lisandra981 @xraydyan sorry to hear that but the bag was not filthy and the same way the pictures where posted was the exact same way you received the bag. Their was not one single stain on that bag. Those pictures are more than clear. You had four days to return the bag instead you accepted it. The purse has been kept in its original dust bag stored.
