That's pretty much all I do is the tips recommended in that video. It's all about increasing your followers and sharing your closet. It's pretty straightforward... just consistent hard work. ππ

@newayz69 There's no secret to it at all. I've been weight training and doing cardio since I was 18. I eat a mostly plant based diet and when I don't I still eat pretty clean. No drugs, alcohol or any other shenanigans. It's all about taking care of yourself from the inside out.

@good_ill Hi, thanks so much! My only advice for a newbie would be to get yourself a personal trainer, if you can afford one, who'll help you learn what you need to do in the gym. There are also plenty of free apps available so if you to can find one that will keep you motivated, that'd be perfect....

Fyi, I was a trainer for many years and my biggest source of motivation that I recommended to all my clients was straightforward and simple. Start off every morning by stripping naked and staring in front of the mirror. If that doesn't motivate you, I don't know what will. Hey, it's been working for me for over 40 years. @lvraiders2020 I totally hear you! Turns out we have a lot in common. I was a personal trainer and bikini pro for many years and even before that Ive been hitting the gym since I was 18. I'm currently 60 yrs young and can still run circles around most of these lazy "gym bros". π I also lived in Pacific Beach about 8 years ago for 6 months, worked out at World Gym, and absolutely loved it. I'm pretty sure you should be able to check out my new pics when you get a chance. it's a lot bigger than the pics illustrate. there is a bunch of open space. I hate cramped training facilities. I like bright and open I have tons of windows. Even with it tinted it is still very bright inside. everything is BRAND NEW!!
