alexia_limon hi Liv! im so sorry about the packaging :( to be honest i have no idea what happened if it has a hole it was fine when i packaged it must have been rough throughout delivery so again Im really sorry about that but thank you for your review I will be more careful with my packaging 💗

liv_weinstein @alexia_limon is there any chance I can get a refund. It’s rly hard to believe that everything happened through the mail because you packed it up so nicely there is paint the last strap is holding on by a thread it’s not even useable. Next time you should really have a better description because its definitely not in perfect condition

alexia_limon @liv_weinstein Hi Liv, so I messaged customer service about the refunding and since its already paid for I unfortunately cannot give you a refund im really sorry about the packaging as well the postal service did an awful job im actually mad at them for doing that.

alexia_limon @liv_weinstein is there anyway you can send a picture of the item? and trust me when i tell you hun i really tried to get a refund for you i really tried if theres a way to send a pic pls let me know so i can yell at post office for doing a terrible on shipping the item i really don't want this a be a negative turn out for you im sorry i also hope this helps but i saw on amazon theres a similar bag like this i think around for $14 or $24
