Hello Olivia, First I want to thank you for purchasing the bucket hat from my closet. Today, while I was preparing the package, I have noticed that a little piece that adjusts the strap under the chin is missing. I can not ship this hat unless you like the hat and want me to ship it anyway. there are 3 options:
1- cancel the order. 2- ship it as is with your approval. 3- select another hat from my closet at the price of $15 or lower. I apologize for this issue. Waiting for your response.
