kee1314 Hi. I'm sorry to see the low rating. I'm not sure why it would be dirty. It's brand new. The only thing I can think of is finger prints? I had rotator cuff surgery so maybe I smeared my prints when trying to put it back in package. From when my daughter modeled it. Is there any thing I can do to make you happier? For a better rating.
