mythreadz2u I think the mannequin is a personal choice - I didn't have one for about a year and I still made sales. I personally find it easier to display and take photos with the mannequin. I don't like modeling so its a way to give an idea what it looks like on. You definitely don't need to get a mannequin to make sales - I think its about finding your personal style of displaying.

mythreadz2u Pricing is a bit of a complicated issue. I usually mark high and then bring low because Poshmark will notify the people who "liked" an item of 10% discounts that happen but I think you can only do this once a week. Also people will make offers and want a discount so sometimes its better to keep a little cushion at first.

mythreadz2u Sorry I'm writing so much! Just wanted to say that I think you are doing a great job on the photos :) I like that you show the tag in the photo! And I think it is wise to use a white background! Many Poshers are advocates of "natural light" rather than indoor light but that can be very hard to set up. Also, I personally use a photo editing app that is free (I use PicsArt but there are many), and I use it to frame the photos and add text.

mythreadz2u Your closet is looking great - absolutely love your presentations! Just saw your response! When people like your listings and are set to receive emails, they are following & bookmarking that item. When a seller drops an item down by a discount of 10% or more, Posh email and notify everyone who liked it to let them know about the discount. It's called a "price drop". The catch is, this only works once a week. Would you mind if I recommend you for some host picks?

hollychafey I am very sad to hear that your not feeling well and just don’t have the energy to continue on this journey. I completely understand honey. I have had to overcome cancer 3X and multiple Surgeries to where I lost count in the 30’s so you do you and take care NOONE else but YOU! Bc YOY are the most imp person in your home.
