alpinelakes @thingsu2love hi, I'm very sorry to have to open the case, but the buckle on the strap was broken when I received it. I'm sure it was an accident and appreciate your quick response, but unfortunately I cannot use the bag.

thingsu2love Hi, Thanks for getting back to me I certainly did not notice that the buckle on the strap was broken when it left Not likely this happened in shipping. I purchased the bag last year for myself and never used, so it has been sitting in my closet. Sorry for the inconvenience I am puzzled that the buckle was broken. I have sold close to 300 items and have a 5 star rating. Will await the outcome, since you opened the case.
