moniqq @eenyminimyneemo Hi Liz, I should ask u a question: yesterday I was packing your items to ship I noticed a pair of red socks is damage some strings are off and tangled, I know it is not acceptable to send u, so I am asking now may I replace it with other color same style in the picture next to the red? White or black ?

I’m not sure if you got notice or not but they said they were reimbursing me and told me to keep them and were letting you keep the money as well; I feel weird about that because I thought you should get them back to be able to sell them. Please let me know that you did get to keep the money and if you would like me to mail them to you, I will. I feel like it’s kinda stealing if I sell them lol

I replied to the email explaining that it was entirely my mistake and still haven’t heard back, but the money went into my account - very strange. Anyway, I looked online and found several pairs of the matching finials, so hopefully you can get them. Sorry again for the mistake. 🥴
