mae1564 @mztizliz To delete a listing in your closet, you go into the listing, click edit, scroll to the bottom and click on Delete Listing 😊 Does that answer your question?

mae1564 @mztizliz Liz, your closet is looking great! Good, clear pictures, and thorough descriptions. The only advice I can offer is on your dress, buyers can be very concerned with Fabric Content, and Measurements. So you might want to add those. On a dress your measurements should be Bust and Length. Some buyers are patient enough to ask and wait for a response, but others may not see and just move on because they want instant gratification. Otherwise you are doing great!

mae1564 @mztizliz There is no way to privately communicate on Posh. We can only talk via comments on listings. So, if you want to thank someone for making a purchase you would tag them on the listing just as we are doing right now! I also like to send Thank You notes in all of my orders for an added personal touch. You can look at any of my sold listings to see what I say to my buyers if you like 😊

mae1564 @mztizliz You can either scroll all the way down to the bottom of my closet, or when you are at the top of my closet click on the icon that has the Blue "1" on it. From there click on Availability and then Sold. That will show you every sold item in my closet.

mae1564 @mztizliz Do you know your buyers screen name? I can help you find it if you need. There are 3 places to look. In "My Sales", in your newsfeed under comments when you received your sold notice, and also in the email Posh sent you for your sale. The same way you tag "@mae1564" you will tag your buyer on the sold listing with their screen name. Does that help?

mae1564 @mztizliz The same idea would apply, by using the "comment" Button on your listing. So you will hit comment, type in the buyers username, and comment away!

mztizliz @mae1564 Hey Ashley, I understand bundles, but what does it mean when someone puts an item in a bundle but it appears that person is bundling items from different sellers. How does the shipping work in that situation?

mae1564 @mztizliz Good morning! Ok, bundling. When someone bundles in YOUR closet there are a couple of reasons. They either are interested in buying multiple items to only pay one shipping price, or adding to bundle will also "like" the item for them and can be easier for them to find later. However, more often than not, it's the same thing as when we go shopping online and add a bunch of stuff to our cart, but never purchase.

mae1564 @mztizliz Don't worry about them bundling from other sellers. Each closet here on Posh is just like shopping in different stores. They will pay shipping to each separate seller. There is no way for us to combine orders.

mae1564 @mztizliz Price drops of 10% will show up in the "likers" newsfeed and sometimes will even trigger discounted shipping for them! But it has to be 10% of the lowest historical price. So you can't drop it, raise it, and then drop it again with the same benefits. You can always raise it back up, but to get the promotion in their newsfeed it has to be 10% of the lowest historical price.

mztizliz @mae1564 Hey, I am frustrated. The buyer just logged a claim for my first sale. The crazy thing is, I have no idea what's wrong. She never contacted me. BI responded to Poshmark and I wrote the buyer asking her what was wrong, I am an ethical person and stated clearly the shoes had wear and advised the buyer review all photos to ensure they were satisfied. Did I do something wrong?

mae1564 @mztizliz Sorry to hear your first sale is going a little awry 😕 This is easier said than done, but the best thing you can do at this point is just wait. Cease communication with the buyer, and wait for Posh to reach out to you. Cases happen no matter what, we all get them. If the buyer doesn't want to tell you what's wrong then all you can do is wait to hear back from Posh. This can take anywhere from a couple of days to over a week depending on how backed up they are.

mae1564 @mztizliz Going forward, when you make a sale it is recommended that you take pictures of the item from every angle with the shipping label included in at least a couple of them. This shows the condition of the item when it was shipped. I use an old point and shoot camera that I had laying around so I can just dump the card when I'm done with all the pictures. You will almost never need/use these pictures. But in the off chance you might need them, they will have been worth the hassle.

mae1564 @mztizliz Hi! Things are going well, thank you! Here are some instructions but they are lengthy so I will post in two separate comments. To add a sign, you will need to download a picture app to your phone. I use an app called PicsArt....

mae1564 From there I go to google and search the term "iPhone background" and it brings up all sorts of neat images. I choose one I like, and save it to my phone. I then go in the app and choose to "edit" a picture, and choose the one I saved. Then, when it opens, there are options along the bottom, choose the one that says "square fit" and adjust the picture to fit your liking. Then, choose "add text" and follow the prompts! Once you are done you just save it to your phone and make your new listing!

mae1564 @mztizliz No problem 😊 If by locking into place you mean giving it a spot that it doesn't move from, then no. You can arrange your closet by sharing. So if you wanted it ahead of all your shoes, you could share all of your shoe listings and then make the signs listing, and then every time you do closet shares you would just share in that order. I always share my closet from the bottom up so things stay in their place where I like them.

mae1564 @mztizliz Hello! One thing you will learn about Posh is that there are highs and lows, and every closet is different. For example, in my closet my best sale days are Tuesday and Wednesday. I almost never make sales on Thursdays and Fridays. Why? Who knows! I do the exact same routine every day. For some closets, they only make sales on the weekends.

mae1564 @mztizliz Of course it is best to be constantly improving. Posh is an evolving community and we must evolve with it. Not to get all "wise words" on you but the idea that patience is a virtue could not be more true when it comes to selling on Posh. You are doing great. Just keep at it!

mae1564 @mztizliz In regard to your specific questions, don't worry about any of that right now. Every item has a buyer. I sell everything from Walmart brand items, to high end designers. Know your prices and your margins. Be patient if you feel like you need to be, or be quick to flip a profit. That is all up to you. Like I said, just keep at it!
