yogagirl444 @closet_of_envy the total opposite of Vinyasa. Completely relaxing. You only do a few poses the entire class. Your body is supported by blocks, straps and blankets. When class is over you feel like you just had a massage. It’s amazing.

love_is_fashion @yogagirl444 OMG 😮! It sounds amazing! I live in N Williamsburg Brooklyn and we have a lot of yoga studios here but I don’t recall anyone teaching this restorative yoga. It sounds heavenly! I must find a place that teaches it. I love yoga because it helps me with my PTSD & panic disorder. It’s sounds exactly like what I need.

yogagirl444 @closet_of_envy I’m sure you could find a restorative class. They tend to be taught Sunday afternoons. I guess it’s a good way to end the weekend. Yoga is amazing for all kinds of issues. I’m glad you found it and that it’s helping you!

I thought the color was called denim but I looked at the item you are in search of and it looks the same. I’ll put them up for sale and you can decide.
