amr526 @liz27sam no. It's a flat rate for up to 5lbs. Two pairs of boots and the heels comes to 10 which I didn't know the cost of until I requested the higher shipping label. Sorry for the inconvenience happy poshing 😊

One will still be more that 5lbs and thus a little more than the flat rate but I'll let them take the extra dollars for that out of the sale. Happy poshing!

bellavita4 @liz27sam I think I'd contact Posh support. At my end, it shows there was no authorized recipient on Nov 10th, then out for re-delivery on the 13th and no new tracking information as of yesterday. ??? Seems strange but I'd definitely reach out. I have the tracking # if that would help. If there's anything I can do, please let me know. I'd be happy to help.

liz27sam @bellavita4 I requested the re delivery for yesterday and nothing. But what’s strange is that notes on tracking state “recipient not home and note left,”yet there was no note left on the door.

bellavita4 @liz27sam click on your purchases and locate the bag. Click until you find "problems/ order inquiries." I think that's it. It will forward you to an email to Poshmark support. I did it from my end indicating that the recipient has not yet received her order and to please advise. Hope that helps :)

I’m sure the item has insurance and both of us can be refunded? I don’t know what to expect this is the first time this happens to me.

bellavita4 @liz27sam Sorry I was on the way home from Detroit and couldn't respond. I think your best bet (while you're waiting to hear from Posh) is to go right to the post office with the tracking number. My daughter had this situation once and was able to retrieve the package from the usps once she went there. If i hear anything else from Posh, I will let you know ASAP. 🙏🏻
