debcolby I just went into the USPS website and put in that tracking #. This is the info that was there. September 29, 2019, 10:21 am Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item SOUTH PORTLAND, ME 04106 A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 10:21 am on September 29, 2019 in SOUTH PORTLAND, ME 04106. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.

debcolby Hi Liz. I went to the Pittsfield, ME post office where I live, paid for the label and left it with the woman there to be shipped out that day. I just contacted USPS asking them where the package is and when you can expect it. I'm very confused as to why this happened, I've never had this kind of issue before. When I receive a response, I will immediately let you know what's going on. Again, I am so sorry for the delay.

debcolby Hi Liz. I received a call from Falls Village, CT office today to try and resolve the issue. It would seem that the boots have disappeared into the USPS universe and for some reason is not tracking. They don't seem to know where the package is. WT...heck? Because of this I'm going to refund your purchase and hopefully, someone, somewhere receives an awesome, unexpected, great pair of boots. This is a first for me and I am so sorry.

My daughters boyfriend went there earlier yesterday as he was expecting a package....it was the boots! So they got here! And I love them. Not sure what adventure they went on...but they have made it!
