@lizleopard hi there!☺️. Your shoes are out for delivery today but I inadvertently put the wrong label on the wrong box 😖. Three people bought shoes the same day and I accidentally sent your Converse to a customer who bought a pair of Vans. You should be receiving the Vans. Please open a case so we can swap the shoes. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience! 😖😖. I will stay on this to get it resolved ASAP

After each of you receive the right item, I’d like to offer you a 50% reduction on any item in my closet for your trouble. I appreciate your business and patience 🥰✌🏼
