missloislane hi and thanks for your purchase of my James Pierce lot. I just want to confirm that you read that they are being sold as is...many stains or other flaws on several of the pieces. Considered a poor condition play lot. of course there are several nice pieces as well but I like to under-promise and over-deliver :-) please respond to confirm so I can ship
