I normally mail things out within 24hours. My grandfather ended up in the hospital and I had to drop everything and fly to FL for the weekend. delgje @swatchdog hey Liz, I’ve been with Posh for over a year and this has never happened to me. I recently just moved to NY and I have a feeling this has to do with my building. Nonetheless, I really wanna make this up to you. I want to offer you the same $20 discount towards any other item in my closet and I will make sure to personally drop off your package at the post office to avoid this ever happening again. delgje @swatchdog I have followed up with the post office & my Building. No one has been able to give me answers as to what happened with your package. I’m so sorry about this. I’ve NEVER had an issue like this before. Can I make this up to you somehow? Is there any other item in my closet that you’re interested in?
