I mailed them promptly, & I just scanned my email for tracking number and it has an alert. https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=9405510899359718309108 this was the tracking info sent on April 2! Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help!
