acespm4me Good morning Liz, Happy Holidays! I do not accept lowball offers. I usually counter offers, but your offer is so low for these NWT Joggers that were marked down from $70 to $45 which is already 35% off I am just taken aback!! FYI, lowball offers is when you offer less than 50% for an item such as these joggers. If I wanted to give them away, I can do that with family and friends.
