elmerahrens Liz I purchased the wall clock and it arrived today not working & damaged. I was very disappointed, as I have one like it in perfect condition, w the exception the glass was broken recently, which is why I purchased this one. One of the springs that holds the batteries is missing & the plastic piece below the battery area was detached. I’d like a refund. Please message me ASAP. Thanks
