szawacki0 I do have a problem and have contacted customer service thru email two times I'm hoping since u stated u r a ambassador....maybe u could give me suggestions on how to call them so my screw-up that I believe should have been corrected by now

szawacki0 I need to speak to a live person in order to properly explain this screwy mix-up basically...I had been shopping and doing just fine with my pymt method on file so I had to buy a new metro cell phone....an upgrade from old cell of course

szawacki0 well metro company transferred my info from my old cell to new cell which I'm now using I got home and went to accept my new delivery pkgs on poshmark as I had been doing fine until I tried with my new phone everyone was paid etc

szawacki0 now I go to my acct and it said I had to be verified as correct user of card on poshmark it said should take one day it's been bout three total days and I've emailed customer support 2x they just send me same form letter saying they would correct it
