Hi- I just wanted to reach out because I noticed that you rated the North Face zip-up purchase with one star. It was in great condition and shipped within hours of your order. I'm assuming it was due to you wanting to cancel the order after it was already shipped; however, I feel like that is an unfair rating to give for nothing that I did wrong or the product quality. Ratings are important to Poshmark sellers so just something to keep in mind next time you make a purchase. Thanks
