alliesmith42 Thanks for your purchase! Do you want the original box or is it okay to ship just the board inside a regular amazon box? If you want the box, is it okay if I ship it without putting it inside of another bigger box? Hopefully that makes sense :)

liz_sheppard @pribear hi there. there are parts missing from my order. It is supposed to have clamshell mounts that go.on the wheels to attach to the piggyback board. Do you have them and maybe forgot to package them up?

If not, we had lost them in the past at the airport and when we emailed them, they mailed us a new set free of charge. You can try this? I’m so sorry for the hassle.
