ranggg2002 I understand the refund policy. I wanted to see if I could exchange. I didn't open both of the plastic wrappers to see both shoes when I had contacted you originally. I opened the second one, the left shoe, last night. Were you aware the left shoe has a ripped area where there used to be what looks like a price sticker? It is ripped right through to the underlying material
