lee8837 @lizzieh100 Hi Lizzie! I opened a case on this issue last week but Poshmark never heard from you. I Informed them that I mistakenly switched the labels for 2 items (an honest human error!). Another buyer received your leggings.

lee8837 She returned them to me and was hoping to get the necklace but we never received confirmation that you received the wrong item (otherwise Poshmark would have helped us return the items so that you could receive the right item!).

lee8837 In order to resolve the issue you need to open a case with Poshmark and they will send you a shipping label so you can return the item and receive a full refund. I hope you reconsider the 1 star rating as I did immediately work to resolve the issue once I realized what happened.

lee8837 @lizzieh100 You can contact Poshmark and see that I tried to resolve the issue but they said you accepted the package and did not open a case. You also gave me a 5 star rating initially implying that there were no issues with the item you received.

lizzieh100 @lee8837 im so sorry my notifications for poshmark do not come up . unfortunately i was out of town when all of this happened, and my roommate misinformed me that the pants had been delivered . since then the package has been missing i am sorry to say . can i pay you to replace the necklace ? im so sorry this happened ! ill be changing my rating, i only did the one star to be able to make a comment
