lizhurl Often, we see this issue occur in situations where our postal service is having delays with updating their tracking system, the wrong label was used for the order, the package has been misplaced by the postal service, or the order has accidentally not been shipped and is still lying around. In the future, if your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours of initial drop off/pickup, you can let us know directly through the app by:
