You ordered an item from me on 8/11 and it was shipped out in the afternoon on the following day on 8/12. USPS can be very slow and sadly that's not something sellers can control. Fortunately every other buyer knows and understands that. I just wanted to point this out since you gave a 4 star rating because of a delay on USPS' end, not mine.

@cfigueroa78 the shipping label was created on the 11th but the item was not provided for shipping until the 15th.

@lizatowne - USPS didn't scan or update by the 15th. Mind you, the item was mailed on a Friday, the 12th. The weekends are much slower with USPS especially since no mail on Sunday and minimum service on Saturday. Not uncommon to mail something on Friday and for USPS to wait until the next full business day - Monday. So from the 15th when they scanned to the 17th when you received it, that's pretty fair. It's even noted in the FAQs.
