lemonposh @lliza123 immediately go to your purchases. Click on that purchase and scroll down click on problems then it will ask your questions and they will probably ask for a photo of what you received so have that ready. Then submit. You'll be able to return and get a full refund.

lemonposh @lliza123 perfect! Yes they'll look at the item listing and then inform the seller. Then send you the return label via email. You might take images of the item (s) as you pack just for your own personal info. Showing it as it is right when you return. In case anything might happen in shipping. U don't have to but I've read comments that some people do.
