supercute4u Hi there! I seen you opened case regarding KS earrings. If you look closely at listing photos there isn't any damage. I'm heartbroken that these got damaged in transient! I never send out damaged items; I'm a 5 star seller. I'll wait for Posh's decision and maybe I can let you pick out another pr at no charge) to make this right for you! My deepest apologies! I've never had my KS items arrive damaged, so hopefully they will just agree to refund your purchase price and also cover my profit.
