shirlynmerlin @lizalara861 I accidentally shipped the other AA Studio dress in my closet. I’m really sorry. I was in a rush and didn’t double-check. The auto response from Poshmark said they should get back to me in 24 hours. I’ll let you know when they reply.

shirlynmerlin @lizalara861 I won’t know until I hear back from Poshmark. (Like I said, this has never happened to me before.) since the package just started moving today, hopefully I’ll hear back from them before you get it later this week.

shirlynmerlin Apparently when you receive the package, you’ll have to let Poshmark know that it was the wrong item, then they’ll work it out on your end.

shirlynmerlin The specific response I got was “Thanks for reaching out to us and we hope you’re having an amazing week so far! We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing. We kindly ask that you please reach out to the buyer and suggest that they open a formal case within 72 hours of receiving the package so our team can assist them with the return.”
