dbl2016 I am so sorry, in trying to pack up the Keurig coffee maker you purchased, I dropped it and it appears it is now damaged. I am so sorry, I tripped and it hit hard. I am so sorry for the inconvenience, and so sorry we couldn't Posh together on this sale. I hope you understand, I was clumsy and actually banged up my knee pretty bad too!
