ljeveret @jjlove37 Sorry, I just saw this message... I can ship things privately through the US post office, but I just print and use the poshmark labels. I think they do Priority Mail. I can ask them if there is a way to drop down to first class postage... or you can call me at the number on my poshmark profile to discuss.

I worked in boutique in Orlando called the Pink Chalet for a couple of years part time to have some fun, meet new people and of course to work for a discount on the clothes. You might use a photo of them and say “Thank you for visiting our closet, come back often, our people add fun new items often” That might be silly, but they are so darn cute. Are the black pups Golden Doodles? I have one, named Tucker.

ljeveret @shelly_bean2016 The big Black ones are Portuguese Water Dogs. The boy had the bow tie on (Cobalt) and the young girl is Stella. She will be 1 on Apr 20. The two littles are poodles. Boo (Grey) and Sugar (Apricot)

navybluekow Hi Lizanne, I see you’re in VA, so this is probably a big long shot, but I saw you have a JT Spencer belt in your store. I’m trying to find one of their Chicago flag belts as a Father’s Day gift for my husband. He saw a friend wearing one and loved it but changed his mind once he saw it cost more than the shirt and shorts he would likely be golfing in combined. Any chance you have one in your store?

ljeveret @navybluekow I don’t have the Chicago flag belt. It wouldn’t sell well enough here. They are a bit pricey but well made. The embroidery is what makes them a little pricey. I say splurge for dads day. It’s hard to find stuff men “love,” I can get the belt for you if you can’t find it locally.

cricketlee001 @ljeveret I'd like to ask you a question as you have so many love notes: my closet is fairly new and so far I've only sold 10 items, everyone has given me 5 Stars, however, not everyone has included the optional comment so it shows up as a love note. Would it be tacky for me to reach out to them and ask them if they wouldn't mind saying a little something so it will show up as a love note? I know that's important for potential buyers to see those.

ljeveret @cricketlee001 I try to wrap my items nicely with tissue paper and ribbon. A lot of my live notes comment on packaging. You could send the buyer a message when you ship their item telling them that you’d love to hear feedback if they like your item. Or say “love notes” are always appreciated.

ljeveret @liznextdoor Thank you for the kind words! My store is closed now (thankfully well before the COVID disaster) but it was really a unique place. It was 1/2 merchandise from my men's stores and gifts that I added after I sold my 5 Lilly Pulitzer stores. It was eclectic but it worked.

ljeveret @salliediers oh bummer! There was a sticker on them that said 33. Sorry, I didn’t even think it could be wrong. I think the best thing to do is open a case and tell Poshmark you got the wrong size. Post a picture of the size tag on the pants. You will be able to return them if I sent the wrong size. I will look in my backstock to see if I have another pair of 33x32 in stone. Not sure if I do or not. I’ll message you when I know.

ljeveret @salliediers if I do have another pair we can do another transaction. I can go to my office to check after work tomorrow. If you wait too long they won’t let you return (3 days I think) so I’d rather you get your money back and do a second transaction if I have them. Sound like a plan??

salliediers I think it’s past the return time...it won’t allow me to do it on the order...I tried reaching out to customer support but no response... I was out of town this weekend so just got to them to open them yesterday...looks like we live close to one another if you have them I could drop these to you and exchange, otherwise a credit would be best as I had to order a pair on the duckhead website as I needed them ASAP for my son...

salliediers Hi again is there an easier way to communicate? Maybe through email? I’m having a very hard time with poshmark customer service and getting a refund for the pants since the money has been released to you...as I said before I was out of town when the pants arrived ...assumed they would work and didn’t get to them until after the cutoff date but since the wrong size (38 instead of 33) came there’s nothing I can do with those..And I need to get a full refund ...Please advise

ljeveret @salliediers To get your money back it has to go through Poshmark. If you want a needlepoint belt or one of the nice over under leather belts I could meet you and swap. They did get your message and I did confirm that you got the wrong size.
