kristinleigh55 I received less than 5 stars from you on a perfect listing with many pictures. I wrapped the shoes in tissue paper and included a thank you note hand written by me. I shipped the shoes next business day. Is there something I could have done different to get 5 stars? I’m always looking for ways to improve my business.
