Hello. Quick question, I bought some BFR cuffs from you a while ago. I have an issue with one of cuffs and contacted the company but they need the name it was originally purchased under. Were you tje original purchaser of the bands? Their customer service is willing to help me but would need the purchaser name ot help replace the bad cuff. If you could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
