jaybee570 Good evening Lloyd. If you were unhappy with the size of the Polo beanie you had purchased from me, you could have reached out to me and I would have made sure that you were refunded. Instead, you decided to make up this elaborate story about bringing it to a PRL factory store and claimed that they told you it was counterfeit which lead to PM siding in my favor.

rj_boutique I spoke with Brian (the store manager) at the PRL factory store in the National Harbor Tanger Outlets earlier today and he brought it to my attention that no such counterfeit claim had ever occurred.

rj_boutique It turns out that he takes anything to do with counterfeit PRL apparel very seriously and if you did actually take it to his store and it was found to be counterfeit that as long as you were able to prove where you had purchased the item he would’ve offered you a genuine PRL beanie of your choice in exchange for him keeping the counterfeit beanie to send it into the fraud/counterfeit team at the PRL headquarters.
