I actually Sent them several emails with tons of pictures of her fakes compared to the real ones and screenshots of other people complaining and a screenshot of her offering to send me the receipt but then me being blocked while trying to respond. They have a ton of stuff to look over between you and me and everyone else. I wonder how you’ll be able to return your shoes if her closet is shit down?

on_the_rocks81 Agreed. I hope they have some kind of customer protection for the people who buy fakes unknowingly and don’t realize til after they accepted. You’ll get your money back. I’ve had issues with purchases not being as described and as long as you can send them proof in pictures they will go in your favor and send you a return shipping label to send the shoes back. Once she receives her shoes back you’ll get your money

on_the_rocks81 I actually received an email back. They asked for pictures showing why I believed they were fake even though I had already sent them 5 emails full of pictures. But I responded and sent more pictures. They said that this would be a big exception for them to refund me since I already accepted the order but I truly hope they refund me. They should deduct the money from the sellers balance as far as I’m concerned bc she doesn’t deserve a penny

on_the_rocks81 @loronelove have you heard back from Poshmark? They emailed me again and asked me to send the shoes to them for inspection. They will then have me send the shoes back to the seller for a full refund when they see they’re definitely dupes. It does take them 24 hours to respond after the initial generic email, but they do do what they can. I agree the customer service isn’t as good as amazon or e bay. It should be easy for you to get your refund right away.

loronelove @on_the_rocks81 honestly I think Poshmark is putting it on the seller in your case but really it should be Poshmark and we shouldn't be sending fake shoes back to her so she can turn around and re sell them not to mention by law it's 14 days to get your refund from someone selling fake shit and it's against FEDERAL law to be doing or allowing it and in this situation I feel like Poshmark hasn't until recently done something

on_the_rocks81 I know, I was thinking; you know how if you leave negative feedback it won’t show on the persons page to anyone but them, or if other people have filed their “not as described” claim and posh allowed them to ship back for a refund, they were not able to leave feedback. So that’s why she has so many sales, yet only 3 reviews. And my review was taken down bc she reported it as harassment. So we don’t even know how many people she has scammed

We all know they’re fake, but how do I know that some random person at their headquarters will just briefly look at them and say “they look fine to me” and then deny my request. Her account was shut down for a couple days and somehow was reopened. She’s currently under investigation and posh is allowing me to ship them the shoes I ordered so they can process a refund and further investigate her previous sales

I’m a sneaker head and the colors she has aren’t even colorways Nike made those sneakers in and/or for women. I’ve called sellers out on it before and they’ve blocked me or deleted my comments. It’s a shame.

It’s almost like she’s just saying things to make herself look honest and like this was all just a misunderstanding on her part and she “didn’t know” her items were fake.
