@lmf13a Hi Logan!! I’ve been watching the tracking on the JCrew Flats you purchased, and it looks like there may be a problem with delivery because of the address. We might want to give it a day or two, but I thought I’d give you a heads-up.

@jenks2for2 hi! I have contacted the post office and they are going to send them back to you. I'm not sure what happened! But I have also contacted Poshmark with another address and asked if they will send you another label to use to ship them back out when you get them! So sorry about this!

@lmf13a So it looks like PoshMark has chalked this up as a lost package. According to the email I received, your money will be refunded, but I will still get credited for the sale. So neither one of us is at a loss except the shoes are totally awesome and I was so looking forward to someone receiving them that would really get some good use out of them. I don’t believe this has ever happened to me before. Hopefully at some point the shoes will show up at your house or mine.

@jenks2for2 hi! I just got an email saying the shoes were being re routed back to you! Do you want me to send you the email? If so, let me know your address? I will need to figure out if I am being credited or not. I would love to have them so hopefully we can figure it out!

@lmf13a hi Logan! I received the shoes back today. I also received an email from PM. It asked that I confirm that I’ve received the shoes so they can send a new label. I responded back to them and asked that they confirm the mailing address with you before sending a new label. I am siting to hear back from them. We’ll see where it goes from here.
