comrade_star Hello. The bag was sold and sent on November 16, that is two weeks ago . Bag brand new never used, without damage. .Unfortunately I can't take the bag back, it's to late

lgeezy24 @comrade_star Hi! I am Logan’s mom & bought the bag on his account for our frenchie. We are between Florida, California & Wisconsin for my job & Covid so we just received the package when we arrived in Wisconsin. The carrier was not in its original packaging (a pillow plastic bag) which leads me to believe you knew it was defective. The minute we opened & expanded the carrier it collapsed. This is truly unfortunate that you won’t take it back when it’s clearly defective.
