RE: Skechers sketch-air envoy shoes (the ones with your Grandpa's name in tongue)- I bought these on 11/13/25. The USPS website shows that you created a shipping label on 11/14 at 4:37 am- but they say they have never received the package. It says "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item, WAKE FOREST, NC 27587." Did you mail it and it's lost in the USPS system? Or did you create the label but never actually mailed it? PLEASE COMMUNICATE! I REALLY WANT TO RECEIVE THESE SHOES. Thank you
