kittandlily Hi Lois, I'm Nancy and you bought the skechers shoes from me. You bought them on 8/20, I drove them to my USPS 8/21 and gave the shoes to the postmaster. They should have started tracking 8/21 but have not. I opened a case with USPS on 8/24 - now USPS is looking :-( I will keep you posted, but I just wanted you to know that I am on top of this and will keep posted. This has happened twice before to my customers and they found the items quickly - I hope that we have the same result.THX :-)

kittandlily @laoika yes. This is the second package that this has happened to in the last few days. Sooooo frustrating. I had to open a case with USPS and the cluster of craziness that it entails. They are looking for it. Sooo sorry.
