up_towngirl I just want to tell you a bit about Selena Vaughn Studios. I sold this bag months ago, but while packing I accidently closed it in a door and broke the hook off. I contacted Selena Vaughn via Etsy and she told me to send the bag to her studio for repair. She didn't' charge me a dime and I really appreciate not only her craftsmanship but also her customer service. Wear this bag in good health or/and resell but please if you can help it don't compromise on price. Thanks for your purchase!
