stubbina_style @loisrose123 yes thank you for your purchase. Evidently the discounted shipping is random when you lower your price. PM gives that discount to encourage sales. So sorry it didn't work this time Usually they discount from 7.11 to 4.99. Still new and learning all the ends and outs. I will try to ship first thing in the morning.
