sarahrii Hi I ordered an item nearly 3 weeks ago. I never received the item and my order was cancelled just yesterday. I don’t understand why? Now I have nothing to wear to my sisters birthday in 4 days. Unacceptable.

karleeskloset Hi Lola! You purchased the Rio jumpsuit from me. I just wanted to tell you that I am sorry about how it is shipped. I hope you can excuse me. I had the item all packaged in an Anthropologie paper bag & when I got to the post office it wouldn’t fit in the priority envelope, so I put the suit in the envelope without any wrapping. The suit seemed fine without it, but just wanted you to know that wasn’t my intent. So sorry! Enjoy the beautiful piece! Thank you.
