lolitabonita12 Ok, the responded back. I need to send pics of what I received and the mentioned this would be a huge exception as no complaint was filed within the 72 hurt marker. So I will keep you posted on their response.

lolitabonita12 @amg246 ok so they gave me 10.00 poshmark credits minus shipping fees. This is crazy. They said that since it was not done in the proper time and funds were released this is what they can do. So let me know how you want me to proceed.
