hstroess Hi LolA! I'm so sorry-- I went to pack up the coat this morning and noticed a small tear in the seam joining the collar to the back of the jacket. Its been sitting in my closet unworn for 1.5 years and must of happened during that time. Again, I sincerely apologize! Your payment should have been refunded.
