Thanks for your interest in the skirt! I’ve countered at my best price. For whatever reason my reductions on the listing aren’t showing, and $10 is as low as I’m willing to go. My items aren’t thrifted. This one was purchased new from Kohl’s and maybe worn once. Poshmark takes 20%, so an offer of $5 nets me just over $2, and I’d rather keep it. I hope you understand.
