annacapp Hi Lolita, You just bought my Seychelles, but as I was packing them up I realized that I listed them as a 9 and they're actually an 8 1/2. I can put them in the mail today if you want to try them or I can try and cancel the order if you're no longer interested. Sorry for the inconvenience.

storm_born Hi. I’m unsure how “the bottoms came off” of the shoes the first day you wore them considering they’ve literally only ever been worn once. Clearly a problem with the manufacturer of the shoe, eh? But thx for the 1 star review when the shoes were shipped out promptly and everything was done correctly on my end. :)

I'm just a little confused as to why when I have pictures posted showing that they are not cream and the description also doesn't state that they are cream. I also don't understand the rating when I shipped the item to you the same day you purchased them and the item you received is as it is in the description.

shopandcreate @lgregg14 I’m incredibly sorry but I sent you the wrong pair of boots. I sent you Sperry duck boots instead of Zigi heel booties. Poshmark is sending each buyer a shipping label to print and use on the box I sent you. I’ve never made this mistake before, but I am so sorry for the inconvenience. I know you’ve accepted the delivery, but please open the box to see my mistake. Please use the Posh shipping label to ship them back to me. 🙏jenny

shopandcreate @lgregg14 I’m so sorry; I hope you’re doing ok after surgery. But all you have to do is please contact Post Office (USPS) for a pick-up and please put the updated shipping label from Posh on the box. Poshmark made arrangements for your boots to go to her, and hers to you!

We have sent new labels to each of the buyers for your two orders to ship the items to each other.” I’m so sorry; of course, I hate how I’ve inconvenienced you both.
