Hello and welcome to my closet! Here are some things you should know about me/my items before buying:
1) Nearly everything I sell is new and has never been worn. Any exceptions will be noted in the listing description.
2) I am not interested in any trades, so please don't ask. But do feel free to make an offer!
3) We keep an organic, smoke-free household. Any laundered items will be washed in a chemical-free, unscented detergent. No perfumey smell (yay)!

Hi there! Poshmark has contacted me & told me that they sent you a shipping label to send the dress to the other buyer, however, I would hold of on that until I hear from the other person. I believe she received the right dress because I would’ve heard something from her by now. Now that I think about it, I don’t even remember grabbing the other Hanna dress. My brain is so scrambled right now.

I’m out of town for work but will be back home tonight so I will double check my inventory & that will for sure let me know if she received the right dress or not. I had two Penelope Mack dresses that are almost identical.

@kaylahallam Hi - I just saw Poshmark's label and wrote back to them. If it helps, after all of this happened last night I checked the available listings in your closet. The Penelope Mack dress you sent me was never sold to anyone else. it's still listed as available for purchase. I saw a note in that listing that said you have a sister dress in a larger size, and perhaps that is the one that was purchased by another buyer?

@kaylahallam Either way, if you check your listings you will see as I did that the Penelope Mack dress you sent me is still an available item. My question is why isn't Poshmark checking these things?! It's fairly simple to do. I don't really appreciate them sending your other buyer a label with my information or me having hers without even so much as verifying this first.

@kaylahallam especially because I thought you confirmed that you did not send my HA dress to anyone else but rather, simply grabbed the wrong dress and put it in the bag.So I will hold on to the label until this gets sorted, which I hope will be soon. Thanks and please keep me updated!

@hrh28 yes! Now that I think about it, I’m almost positive that I sent her the right Penelope Mack dress because I remember grabbing that one as well! I had 8 orders that day & my brain became mush 😂 I just want this lady to reach out to me so I know for sure!

@hrh28 @hrh28 yes that’s exactly what I was discussing with my mom earlier! Kind of concerning quite frankly! I wish they had a number to call because it takes forever for them to respond. I never once said that I switched them, so they just assumed it I guess 🤷🏼♀️ ugh so frustrating!

I wish I had checked your other items before ordering the hoodie to avoid having to pay twice when you are just going to combine purchases in the same package anyway. I will think about this, I really like the purple dress a lot and would buy that. I'm on the fence about the other one.

@netti1106 This dress was listed at $18 last night and the last time you made a private offer it was $15 (without discounted shipping). You've now increased the price by $5 to $23 and the offer of $19 is more than it was listed for previously?! I do really like this dress and think my daughter would also, but don't understand what's going on. Thanks.

I’m trying to work with you regarding my prices. I can offer you a better discount if you bundle with another item. Posh only allows a certain discount in order for me to lower shipping and they still take 20% I really can’t go any lower. Or I can keep the dress the original price and you will have to pay the full shipping.
