emcag5772 Lonnie, I am SOOOO sorry. I completely forgot about shipping your item! My sister is very sick for the last two weeks with a kidney stone, hospital admissions, and I was helping take care of my two young nephews. I am sending it out on Monday. (Today is Saturday and I missed the mail!) I am including a couple extras in it! Again, so truly sorry. I have never done this before!
